Shipping policy

In general

We deliver your parcel with GLS, Bring or UPS parcel service. We offer free shipping on all orders over 110 euros. 

Shipping on orders within EU costs 8 euros.

 

Free delivery only applies to deliveries to a Parcel Shop.


When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace link, which you can use to track your package. 

On our website we only show products that we have in stock, but should we still be unable to deliver your order, or if your package is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.



From when you order until you receive your package:

Fast delivery (2-5 business days)

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us shortly after you place an order.
We pack your order and prepare it for dispatch.
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your receipt and a track and trace link.
Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address or parcel shop.

GLS Private - Delivery to your private address
GLS Parcel Shop - delivery to the nearest Parcel Shop

Bring Private - Delivery to your private address
Bring Parcel Shop - delivery to the nearest Parcel Shop

UPS Private - Delivery to your private address
UPS Parcel Shop - delivery to the nearest Parcel Shop


If you give permission for GLS, Bring or UPS to put your package, you yourself will be held responsible for any damaged or lost package.


How much does delivery cost?

For orders under 110 euros, shipping costs 8 euros. Orders over 110 euros are free of charge. Free delivery only applies to deliveries to Parcel Shops.
